Pro Bono Representation: Represented a police officer who suffered a career-ending stroke while on duty. Despite two opposing medical opinions, Rick proved the stroke was work-related by demonstrating its link to sleep apnea caused by shift work—securing lifelong financial stability for the officer and his family.

Pro Bono Representation: Advocated for the son of a firefighter after a major health insurer denied coverage for a critical medical procedure. Rick’s efforts led the insurer to approve the treatment, revise its medical policy, and compensate the client for delayed care.
